From Inquiry to Indulgence
We begin with a personal consultation to understand your preferences, and any special requirements for your event, whilst considering our bespoke, seasonal recommendations to fit your vision. Booking confirmation will follow this discussion.
Following booking confirmation, our chefs will work to finalise a fully bespoke menu for your event, balancing your personal requirements, seasonality, and flawless execution.
On the day, we handle every detail, from staffing to table setting, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for you and your guests. Relax and enjoy the evening.
Once service is complete, our team will discretely step away, allowing you to enjoy the remainder of the evening in the company of your guests.

Valley Kitchen Signature catered for my son’s 18th birthday celebration meal. We had a mixed group of 16 people including requests for vegetarian, gluten free and fussy kids. We were given a good selection of starters, mains and desserts to choose from to create a 3 course menu. On the night everything was great. We started eating at the time agreed and everything was served promptly. The food was absolutely delicious. The lemon tart was a favourite. I loved the fact that the Valley Kitchen team also washed up and cleaned the kitchen making our night stress free. Highly recommend.

Our chefs currently cover the midlands and north of England

We will supply all the required crockery and cutlery. We also bring our own utensils and equipment needed to cook your meal so there is no need to worry about not having enough plates or pans!

For smaller groups, your chef will cook and serve the meal themselves. For larger groups one of our waiters will join the chef at no extra cost.

We do not currently offer a drinks package, however, this is something we are looking to provide in the near future. Upon request we can provide a waiter/waitress to pour your own beverages.

No! Generally speaking a small kitchen doesn’t pose much of a hinderance to our chefs so don’t worry too much about the size of your kitchen.

After the initial deposit is paid to secure your booking, we will send you an invoice via email and this can be paid up to 24 hours before your meal. Please inquire with us about cash payments.

Your chef will offer a quick cleaning service free of charge so you can relax and enjoy the remainder of your evening.

All of our chefs are covered by public liability insurance.

We can offer our services at any location including holiday rentals, as long as they allow external caterers.
